Returns and complaints

Withdrawal from the contract

If you are a so-called privileged buyer, i.e.:

A) consumer

or

B) a natural person for whom the contract you concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but is not of a professional nature for you

- as a rule, you are entitled to the right to withdraw from a distance contract .

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a notice to us declaration of withdrawal from the contract e.g. via e-mail sent to: kontakt@lenfant.pl .

You can withdraw from the contract within the time limit 14 days .

The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods, and in the case of a contract covering multiple goods that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts, from the taking possession of the last good, batch or part.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the declaration before its expiry.

Return the returned goods to us immediately to the following address: L'enfant, ul. Wilcza 60, 00-679 Warsaw , but no later than 14 days from the date on which you withdrew from the contract.

We will refund your payments immediately in accordance with the terms set out in the Store Regulations, but no later than within 14 days from the date we receive your declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.

Please remember that you do not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract in the following cases, among others:

  • in which the subject of the provision is non-prefabricated goods, manufactured according to your specifications or to meet your individual needs ;
  • in which the subject of the provision is perishable goods or having a short shelf life;
  • in which the subject of the service is goods delivered in a sealed package, the once the packaging has been opened, it cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
  • in which the subject of the provision is audio or video recordings or computer programs delivered in a sealed package , if the package has been opened after delivery.

Complaints

The following applies to privileged buyers. If you are not a privileged buyer, please refer to our Store Terms and Conditions for detailed information on complaints.

If we incorrectly execute the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably to the following e-mail address: kontakt@lenfant.pl or by post to the following address: Aleja Wilanowska 214/143, 02-765 Warsaw.

As a rule, we are liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract that exists at the time of delivery and is discovered within two years of that time.

Based on the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, in such a situation you may request:

a) exchange of goods

or

b) repair of the goods.

In some cases, you can also:

a) withdraw from the contract

or

b) submit a declaration of price reduction
